As the recurrence and discovery on new roof leaks increased, the Village Green of Lincolnshire Condominium Association reached out to CECA to leverage their experience and knowledge to identify and develop a plan to address the aging roof systems at all three-buildings of their multi-unit, residential housing complex in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Upon inspection and analysis by CECA, a roof restoration and repair project was developed to address known leaks and eliminate further damage to the existing roofing system. The multi-year, multi-phase project includes removal and replacement of damaged roofing, replacement of unit skylights, repairs to shingled, steep-sloped roofing, restoration by re-saturation of the existing built-up roofing system, and repair and coating of the EPDM roofing systems on over 40,000 SF of roof area.
