Field Survey/Asset Evaluation

  • Survey the key assets to identify construction types and document existing conditions including sources of existing or potential air/water infiltration or system failures.
  • Know the construction

  • What are the ALTERNATIVES
  • How much do they cost
  • What are their relative values
  • Conduct a site investigation to visually inspect and photographically document existing conditions including the identification and locating of key elements such as roof/wall penetrations, access points, HVAC equipment, utility feeds

Issue Existing Conditions/Construction Report

  • Discover what assets you have in the form of roof and wall & barrier systems
  • Development and issuance of a construction/conditions report
  • Conduct roof/site assessment of existing conditions
