Field Survey/Asset Evaluation
- Survey the key assets to identify construction types and document existing conditions including sources of existing or potential air/water infiltration or system failures.
- Know the construction

- What are the ALTERNATIVES
- How much do they cost
- What are their relative values
- Conduct a site investigation to visually inspect and photographically document existing conditions including the identification and locating of key elements such as roof/wall penetrations, access points, HVAC equipment, utility feeds
Issue Existing Conditions/Construction Report
- Discover what assets you have in the form of roof and wall & barrier systems
- Development and issuance of a construction/conditions report
- Conduct roof/site assessment of existing conditions
