The discovery of water infiltration and the resulting damage to interior walls and ceilings lead to the partnering with CECA to identify and correct the multiple sources of leaks throughout the First Presbyterian Church in Wilmette, Illinois. A multi-phase solution of roof replacements, restoration and coating work to the facility’s low-slope roofing systems and slate tile roofs along with adherence to the developed Long-Term Asset Management and Maintenance Program will provide protection to prevent future damage to the building envelope and roofing systems.
