Established in 1993, the Founder and Principal of CECA, Mr. Charles E. Crowley, Jr. has over 45-years of experience in the roofing industry. Mr. Crowley has been involved in roofing and construction projects totaling over $2 billion over these years and has accumulated a vast amount of field experience and knowledge enabling him to properly assess and develop the right solution for each individual project. The firm has grown to include experts within the roofing and construction industries expanding the capabilities of CECA.

35 + years of practical diagnostic, specification and project management experience on over $2 billion of roofing and waterproofing projects

Roofing Project experience includes built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, modified bitumen roofing, urethane foam, shingles, shakes, slate, tile, copper and standing seam metal roofing and roof coatings

Waterproofing project experience includes both cold-applied and hot-applied waterproofing systems

Building envelope evaluation experience includes exterior masonry and sealant function and maintenance recommendations

Largest single Roofing Project completed to date: $28 million

Design experience in Industrial, Commercial, Government, Institutional and Healthcare facilities involving new construction, renovations and repairs, and tenant build-outs

Licensed Architect in State of Illinois, NCARB-certified, LEED AP BD+C
