Serving the Village of River Forest, the River Forest Public Library serves as a haven for learning, collaboration, and sharing of the many collections and resources available to the local community. Protecting such an instrumental facility is a primary goal of CECA who continues to provide long-term management and consulting services for the library. CECA continues to serve the River Forest community by providing:

 (1) Long-Term Asset Management and Maintenance Programming

 (2) Multi-Phase, Slate & Single-ply Roof Repair, Replacement/Restoration
