Project
After years of continuous maintenance and repairs in reaction to both newly discovered and recurring leaks at both high school campuses, the Warren Township High School District #121 Board reached out to CECA to evaluate and develop plans to address both short-term needs and long-term sustainment of approximately 435,000 SF of roof area. CECA has developed a Long-Term Asset Management and Maintenance Program and currently managing a Multi-Phase, Multi-Campus Roof Repair, Replacement, and Restoration project. The proposed work includes:
Phase I: Repairs to existing perimeter pre-cast and masonry walls and EPDM/Mod Bit/Shingle/Standing Seam Metal roofing membrane and flashings at areas of active leaking – successfully reduced over 40 leaks on each campus to zero.
Phase II: Planned restoration and/or replacement of ballasted EPDM and Modified Bitumen roofing systems
