Due to on-going water infiltration throughout their facility, CECA was sought-out to identify and correct the multiple sources of leaks causing both cosmetic and structural damage to the Winnetka Community Church. A multi-phase solution of roof replacements, restoration and coating work to the facility’s low-slope roofing systems and steep-sloped, slate roofs coupled with a long-term management plan has provided resolution to the church’s known issues and will provide protection to prevent future damage to the building envelope and roofing systems.
